CALL MEETING TO ORDER
1.1
Acknowledgement that the District of Tofino operates within the Territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First
Nation.
1.2
Notice to attendees that the meeting is being video recorded and will be published on the District of
Tofino's YouTube channel.
1.3
Notice to virtual attendees to sign up for Public Comment and Question Period using the Q&A
function in Zoom. To register, participants are required to enter their full name, residential address,
and the agenda item they wish to speak to.

APPROVAL OF MEETING LOCATION
2.1
Recommendation: THAT pursuant to section 15 of the District of Tofino Meeting Procedure Bylaw
No. 1229, 2016, as amended, the February 10, 2026 regular meeting be held electronically via Zoom
and live broadcasted on the District of Tofino's YouTube channel;
AND THAT the facility provided for the public to watch and hear the meeting be located at the
Clayoquot Sound Theatre, 380 Campbell Street in Tofino, B.C.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA
3.1
Recommendation: THAT the February 10, 2026 regular Council agenda be adopted.
