Policy and Governance Committee
The Policy and Governance Committee will discuss and recommend Board approval of amendments to several policies, including renaming the Clean Energy Projects Policy to Renewable Energy Projects Policy, adopting a Non-Union Salary Administration Policy, updating insurance requirements for contractors, and revising flag protocol and proclamations policies. The committee will also consider scheduling an additional meeting in July.

Thompson Regional Hospital District
The Thompson Regional Hospital District Board will approve the 2025 audited financial statements and hear a presentation from Interior Health Authority. Additionally, the board will consider a letter from the Chase & District Health Services Foundation advocating for a new full-care long-term care centre.

Board of Directors Regular
The Board is considering several land-use changes, including a commercial storage facility in Tobiano and short-term rental permits near Lytton, Knutsford, and Little Fort. They are also reviewing new Official Community Plans for multiple electoral areas and a scrap metal recycling contract.

Utility Systems Committee
The committee will receive a report on the Groundwater Exploration Program at the Spences Bridge Community Water System. A new well has been developed, providing sufficient water supply but with very hard water that may require treatment.

- Water quality meets health standards but has elevated sulfate, TDS, and hardness

Finance Committee
The TNRD Finance Committee will review unaudited first-quarter operating and capital budget results, which staff report are on track with no significant variances. Members will also discuss current reserve fund balances against 2025 policy targets and identify areas for policy updates. Additionally, the committee will hold a discussion on non-operating expense reporting practices.
