This education and training session will occur following adjournment of the February 11, 2026 Regular Council Meeting (estimated to be 11:00 a.m.). The session will take place in-person at the Delaware Township Room (Board Room) at the Municipal Office located at 10227 Ilderton Road (Coldstream).

Committee of Adjustment Regular Meeting
Committee of Adjustment will decide on a minor variance and two consent applications.
The Committee will adopt the minutes from the December 17, 2025 meeting. It will consider and vote on Minor Variance Application A-29-2025 for 14137 Ilderton Road to permit accessory buildings up to 223 m² and a height of 9.14 m. It will consider and vote on Consent Application B-15-2025 for 5385 Carriage Road to sever a residence from a farm operation.
