Council approved the consent agenda, awarding the Dale Drain construction tender to A.G. Hayter Contracting Ltd. for $81,510 plus HST. They also passed the new Animal Control By-law 2026-044 and directed staff to implement recycling fees for industrial, commercial, and institutional properties in 2027. All other by-laws, including the Wood-Goertz Drain and a confirmation by-law, were adopted.
