Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Cameron announced that he will be calling a Public Meeting at some point when the development for the Orchards of River Bend subdivision on County Road 23 comes to Council. He has requested the CAO to reach out to the Counties and the applicant and noted that the CAO and the Village's Planner would be present. He continued that it would be held at the Merrickville Community Centre 2 weeks prior to it coming to Council so that the public has a chance to ask questions and have some of their concerns answered. He noted that there is no timeline on it but that the CAO will keep Council up to date on when this meeting can be held. 2.
