Special Council Meeting
Council will discuss unfinished business from the previous meeting, including a review of the Procedure By-law and a motion to expand the secondary plan area for urban growth. The motion directs staff to consult with the county, consider adding Muir Street lands, and include the plan in the 2027 budget. Council will also go into closed session to discuss strategic land acquisition and a facility licensing agreement.

Meaford Public Library Board
The Board will review and vote on updated policies regarding political elections, CEO authority, safety and security, financial control, and governance. Members will also approve the 2025 Annual Report and conduct a closed-session performance review for the CEO.

Special Council Meeting
Council will decide whether to apply for the Canada-Ontario Development Charges Reduction Program, which would cut residential development charges by 50% for three years to boost housing supply. In closed session, they will discuss Ontario Land Tribunal appeals for properties at 226 Boucher Street East and 23 and 37 Trowbridge Street East.

Bognor Hall Community Board
The board authorized the purchase of a portable sound system for approximately $1,500, funded by a donation from the Friends of Woodford Hall. Previous meeting minutes and the May 2026 treasurer's report were accepted. A proposal to accept a free piano was tabled pending further information for the donor.
