Council to consider capital facilities program and new multi-residential tax class
Council will hear a presentation on Integrity Commissioner investigation reports and receive updates on the attainable housing project and budgeted projects. Several by-laws are up for vote, including establishing a municipal capital facilities program and a new multi-residential property class. They will also consider Municipal Accommodation Tax funding applications and the First Avenue/Fourth Street intersection monitoring update.
