✓ Decided: Council approves 132-unit rental project in Paisley
Council approved a 132-unit purpose-built rental residential project at 303 Arnaud Street, including two five-storey apartment buildings and townhouses. Also approved a site plan agreement for a PowerBank battery storage facility, directing access from Industrial Park Road and scheduling a special meeting to address resident concerns. A property standards bylaw was tabled for revision.
