OPERATIONAL SERVICES COMMITTEE
This meeting of the Operational Services Committee consists largely of informational reports and updates. No new business or decisions are expected; the committee will receive staff reports on animal control, harbour operations, water treatment, and a general operational update from the CAO.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
The Port Hardy Committee of the Whole will discuss advancing to Phase 2 of the MINI PEAKS Legacy Project, which proposes installing a synthetic turf mini-pitch for youth soccer. Staff will review potential sites, outline municipal responsibilities, and assess community consultation needs before any formal commitment. The agenda also includes routine approval of minutes from two prior meetings.

REGULAR COUNCIL
Council will consider the 2025 Annual Municipal Report, a comprehensive overview of the district's finances and operations. Other items include a donation request for the North Island Music Festival and a cheque listing report.
