This is a public information meeting, not a decision-making session, to discuss a proposed zoning by-law amendment that would increase the maximum permitted lot coverage from 35% to 40% for new residential subdivisions in Petrolia. The amendment applies only to lands already zoned residential and designated for future development, and does not affect existing developed areas or woodlot protections.

Council - Regular Session
