Council following Development Services Committee
Council will consider a by-law to rezone a portion of land at 8698 Highway 12 from Agricultural/Rural to Agricultural/Rural with a site-specific exception, allowing a larger accessory building. The meeting also includes adoption of minutes from previous meetings and a confirmation by-law.

Development Services Committee
The Development Services Committee will hold a public meeting for a proposed zoning by-law amendment (2026-ZBA-13) on Part Lot 27, Concession 6. Five public hearings for minor variance applications at various properties (4427 Line 9 North, 35 Robinson Street, 35 Tamarack Drive, 1170 Line 4 South, 2703 Foxmead Road) and two reports on zoning and variance applications will be considered.

Special Council
The Special Council meeting consists primarily of a closed session to discuss legal matters. The focus of the private session is solicitor-client privilege regarding Official Plan appeals for short-term rental accommodation policies.

Council
Council will deliberate on proposed amendments to the Licensing By-law for Short Term Rental Accommodation and Bed and Breakfast Establishments. They will also hear a deputation from Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort requesting a letter of support for an Accelerated Capital Cost Allowance. Additionally, several information reports will be received, including a zoning by-law amendment for Craighurst GP Inc. and a draft plan of subdivision for Craighurst Crossing Southeast.
