Environmental Task Force
The Environmental Task Force will receive updates on work plan items including short-term rentals, septic inspections, net metering, invasive species, and community engagement. They will discuss the ALTO High Speed Rail project, identified as the township's largest environmental threat, and a council referral to explore solar panels and battery storage for EV chargers.

Personnel and Audit Committee
The committee will review the 2025 Audit Findings Report and draft consolidated financial statements presented by KPMG. Additionally, the committee will receive updates on the fire department roster and a 2026 revenue and expenditure variance report.

Committee of Adjustment
The Committee of Adjustment will hold public hearings on three minor variance applications: for an oversized gazebo and boathouse at 1303A Heron Way, and for enlarging legal non-conforming structures at 1056A Kerr Lane and 1198A Helen Lane. They will also discuss a consent application to create three new water access lots and a mainland parking area (Files B02/24-B05/24) following a previous request for additional information. The meeting includes a report on the 2026 OACA conference.
