Committee of Adjustment
The Committee of Adjustment will hear a minor variance application to allow construction of a two-storey accessory building with a sleeping cabin at 1069 Loggers Crossing Lane on Bob Lake. The owner requests a side setback of 2.1 metres instead of the required 4.5 metres due to topographical constraints and an irregular lot shape. The committee will also adopt minutes from the previous meeting.

Special Meeting of Council
Council will receive a presentation from the Eastern Ontario Regional Network (EORN) on the Community-wide Affordability and Governance Structure Study for Haliburton County, which examines fiscal pressures and governance models. Following the presentation, Council will move into a closed session to discuss advice subject to solicitor-client privilege. No formal decisions on the study are being made at this meeting.
