NEW BUSINESS 3 - 7 (a) DIESEL ISSUE – 807 5TH AVENUE, McBRIDE, BC Recommendation # 1: THAT Council authorize, pursuant to sections 72 - 80 of the Community Charter, the demolition of the abandoned, derelict house located at 807 - 5th Avenue, McBride, BC that recently had diesel fuel poured around it. Recommendation # 2: THAT Council issue 24 hour notice of the remedial action requirement to the property owner and to the holder of the registered charge in relation to the property.
