Just as a reminder, this is an open meeting, a live audio video feed is being broadcast and recorded on rdco.com and the RDCO acknowledges the presence on the traditional ancestral unceded lands of the Silks Okanagan Nation who've resided here since time immemorial. We recognize, honor, respect the Silks Okanagan lands upon which we live, work and play. Item 3 here, adoption of the agenda. We did have a late item added, item 7.1, which has to do with the grant made application. So I'm looking for a mover of the agenda as amended. Moved by Director Van Minsel, seconded by Director Carson. Thank you very much. All those in favor? Approved. Thank you. And then adoption of the January 8th EASC meeting minutes. Moved by Director Carson, seconded by Director Van Minsel. Thank you very much. All those in favor? Approved. Thank you. All right. We are being efficient.
