✓ Décisions: Committee approved request to Ontario Attorney General to review court fine amounts
The committee approved a resolution directing the Acting Regional Chair to write to Ontario Attorney General Doug Downey asking for a review of the fine amounts and costs set out in Regulation 915 of the Provincial Offences Act. The Public Works Committee approved funding recommendations for the Combined Sewer Overflow Control Program and directed staff to advocate for changes to the Blue Box regulatory framework at an upcoming conference.
