Records Management Policy
1. Records and Information Management Policy.pdf
Council was presented with the draft Records and Information Management Policy for second reading. The draft policy outlines a proposed corporate framework for the creation, management, storage, protection, retention, retrieval, disposition, and preservation of records and information in the custody or control of the Town, and identifies the Town Clerk as the accountable corporate lead.
The Committee recommends, and I move,
THAT the Records and Information Management Policy be given second reading and adopted, as presented.
