Ottawa, Potawatomi, and Ojibwe. The Lunapel also inhibited these lands at the time of the written treaties. We also acknowledge the Indigenous people who traveled these lands before the written treaties. Today, Chatham-Kent neighbors the Lunapel at Elnipawi, Lak awit, also called Delaware Nation at Moravian Town, and the unceded territory of Bukajwanong, Wapu Island, First Nation. Chatham-Kent continues to be home to diverse First Nation, Métis, and Inuit peoples. Chatham-Kent is covered by Treaty 2, the Detroit Treaty of 1790, Treaty 7, Somber Township Treaty of 1796, and Treaty 25, Longwoods Treaty of 1822. We also recognize that this region is subject to earlier w ampum agreements, like the two-row wampum and the dish-with-one-spoon wampum. As beneficiaries of these treaties, we recognize our responsibilities, including our collective responsibilities to the land and water. Please be seated. Mr. Mayor, we do not have a supplementary agenda this evening. Rules of decorum at a Council meeting. And the third, conflict of interest is Councillor Jubin ville with regards to 17J, the encroachment of private sanitary force main in the community of Dover. We will now move on to the artist feature and I will pass it over to Councillor McGrail. Councillor McGrail: Thank you. Through you, Mayor Canoff. Performing for us tonight is Jacqueline Wills.
