and train Board Members, elected representatives of the Provincial and
Federal governments, development principals and invited guests. The first part

Le Comité plénier examinera l'adoption d'un taux de croissance annuel de 1,0 % pour la planification des infrastructures de travaux d'immobilisation, comparativement à une hypothèse précédente de 2,4 %, sur la base d'un rapport complémentaire des Services de développement. Le personnel recommande de procéder à une stratégie d'usine de traitement des eaux régionale et d'orienter les négociations avec les promoteurs pour des accords de prépaiement. Le comité discutera également d'une soumission pour le Programme de réduction des frais de développement et recevra un Cadre de communication sur les infrastructures majeures. Une séance fermée est prévue pour une proposition de disposition de terrain dans le Ward 1.
