Council to declare new Official Plan conforms with provincial rules
Council will consider a procedural declaration to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing confirming that the newly adopted Our Niagara Falls Plan (Official Plan) meets provincial planning requirements under Section 26 of the Planning Act. The declaration is required after Council adopted the plan on August 11, 2026, and supports the Ministry's review. The agenda also includes a routine confirming by-law and standard procedural items.

Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in the MacBain Community Centre - Boardroom,
