Agricultural Service Board to hear crop disease surveys, ALUS update

The Wheatland County Agricultural Service Board will hear presentations from ALUS Canada and the Government of Alberta on crop disease surveys, and discuss new business including the ALUS Wheatland Partnership Advisory Committee, 2024 bursary and award committee appointments, the BMO Farm Family Award, a charity auction item request for the Provincial ASB Conference, and shelterbelt/eco-buffer projects. The meeting also includes adoption of previous minutes, reports from the Chair and Manager of Agriculture and Environment, and correspondence items.
