Council will vote on amending the Development Cost Charges Bylaw to increase fees and the Delegation Bylaw to update encroachment agreements. They will also discuss a cannabis shop at 1010 Cook Street, a community garden on Johnson St Parkade, and the 28 Bastion Square motion. The zoning bylaw modernization phase two and the 2025 annual report are on the agenda. A closed session will address land, legal, labour, and intergovernmental matters.
