Council provisionally adopted by-laws to borrow $103,000 for the Dude Ranch Hill Drain and $536,000 for the Bennett Drain. Several severance applications were recommended for approval to the County of Elgin. Council also approved new policies for cyber security and safety work boot reimbursement.
