Brampton committee to weigh Bill 23 impacts, fee hikes, and housing applications

The Planning and Development Committee is meeting to consider several planning reports, including city-initiated Official Plan amendments responding to provincial Bill 109, the impacts of Bill 23 on the Brampton Plan, and proposed 2023 fee changes for development and site plan applications.
